We take only well broke saddle horses on consignment. They must be sound
and healthy. We rarely take arabians, saddlebreds, tb's and other hot breeds. It is not because we do not like them. They simply do not sell well in our area and we do not like to have horses sitting around without people coming to look at them. We do not take green or unbroke horses. We are very busy and we do not have the time to train your horse.

We charge 400. per month plus 20% of the actual sell price. This includes a small private pasture and shelter, grain, worming, advertising, and riding (if
your horse is broke). It usually takes less then a month to sell a well broke
and reasonably priced horse.

Consignors are responsible for costs that include vet, farrier, vaccine or any medication that is used on their horse. All offers are presented to consignors. Buyers have 7 days to vet their new horse and the consignor is paid on the 8th day after the horse is sold.
